Some old code of dress says always wear the same color shoes, or darker, than your hem line. That would be blue or black.

If you are refering to a uniform (I had to wear a uniform that consisted of blue slacks or blue skirt and a white button down top with a blue jacket) I always wore black shoes. Come to think of it, so did everyone else! I wear my blue slacks now with a red sweater and some red shoes.

i could bypass with from everywhere from army to black. in basic terms stay away from shoes that are lighter colour than your slacks, i think of that shoes brighter than your pants make my legs look shorter...

i would go with tan shoes because all those other colors are to dead and white i dont know your season there so go with nice casual tan shoes with a heel.
