or is it better remove also relay fuse and why ? brakes working normally .

Why would you want to do this? It is best to leave it as the manufacturer designed it.
If you remove the fuse, the ABS warning light will stay illuminated, advising the driver that the ABS system has been deactivated by the computer because it failed a self-test (no power to unit). The brakes will now revert to NON-ABS function, with no real issues, except that you may lose control while stopping in less-than-favorable circumstances.

Well if u remove the fuses you wont have any abs even if the relay is still in.
