Great car, i use to go offroading with my friends and the eagle was the only one never to get stuck. There should be two screws on the carb. One should work the choke. Unfortunately they tend to go bad, so i just put a manual choke on my car and but the lever inside, just like a jeep. You can get the part for like $2 in a junkyard. I paid $50 two times to get the autochoke fixed. But that two dollor manual choke still works, i gave the car to my brother and he still drives it every day!

wait 4 others 2 answer because i'm not 100 % sure i'm right.. but i remember my son spraying wd 40 on choke..
