You hear about them in regards to welfare, see them in movies. Theyre those run down buildings with a ton of unemployed poor people roaming around.
Are they the same as "low income housing"? Because here is Cali theres waiting lists of up to 15 years just to get into these apartments and they are all very nice and proffessionally managed apartment communities.
Are "the projects" free? Because for low income housing you need to make above a certain amount and I think the cut off limit is if you make like over $50,000.
So if projects are free arent they the same as homeless shelters?
ALways been curious, thats all :)
