if u can't find it in add remove programms then you have 2 choises.
1st ... go to start menu>programms>go to the desired programm and you may find an uninstall icon there.
2nd ... from windows explorer go to C:\
programm files open the the desired software folder and try to find an uninstall or remove .exe file .

oh maybe you can run the install software ... when the installer find the installed programm on your harddisk it will ask you if you want to remove it or repaire !! you can then choose remove.

Go to all program and click which program application you don,t need,those programs they have their own uninstaller.So click the uninstall tab and you will be asked this file is used by this program or will not work properly,so it's your decision to remove it.
