My answer is outgoing Alberta Premier Ralph Klein. He did what he said he was going to do. He didn't just give lip service to win votes.

The fact he did what he said he would do lost him many votes, and I feel he made mistakes with cuts to health care and education, but overall Alberta is lucky to have had him as Premier for the past thirteen years.

Alberta is now the hottest economy in North America, having retired its debt completely years ago, and with a massive oil industry boom.

I would have voted for him yet again if he had run again.

I think Khatami is the best politician. He was considerably defferent with other politicians in IRAN, tries to build the poor economy of IRAN without making politic troubles, AND was a great man that got all reporters answer as well as possible, that is rarely occured in IRAN!
