No. These are the signs of pregnancy. Missed period, a fullness or mild ache in your lower abdomen, feeling tiered drowsy or faint. Discomfort or tenderness of the breasts, periods of nausea, especially in the early morning. These can be sign of pregnancy but they can also be caused b other things. Go and see your doctor if you have any of these symptoms.

Your hot flashes, moodiness and especially sore boobs are a sign of pregnancy. I would take a test or see your obgyn.

I don't know about pregnancy, but it could be a symptom of menopause. Or it could be something else.
