It's locked, you have to take it to a certified service and repair center so they can call Nextel and have it unlocked, worse case scenario, you may have to get a new sim that's not locked, they are on ebay for real cheap, DO NOT let the service and repair center charge you anything over 20 bucks for a new sim.
