what eyeliner works really good?? I need one that DOESNT smudge and that STAYS on for a long time and is soft when you put it on.

I have so many eyeliners, but my favorite is Chanel's waterproof swivel up eyeliner its called Aqua crayon. It honestly lasts me all day, because its waterproof it doesn't smear off with sweat or oil. I splurged on it ($23) because I was desperate for one that worked like that. But if you're interested in something less expensive than chanel avon is a good bet.

Anna Sui (you can get at sephora) is the best. eyeliner pencil. It goes on smoky...lasts all day. It does smudge a little but not more than any other out there.
Liquid eyelinder smudges less but doen't go on soft/smokey. Easiest to use and Benefit eyeliner cake. You just put a little water on your brush...make a little paste and put it on. Its great to correct mistakes and easier to get the line you want.

For liquid, Loreal Line Intense works really well. For pencil, Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner is good. All the mags rave about Bobbi Brown Eye Pots, but its not true. I tried it and it smears.

I love Bed Head Big Fat Fun eyeliner in brown.
It made me love putting eyeliner back .

Victoria Secret's soft tip black liner..it's like a pencil except softer and it stays but's easy to get off!! :) my fave!

avon black eye liner is the best! stays on without smudging.

i always asked this question on here too
and i finally figured it out.
try puttin pressed powder in your eyelids and put on covergirl eyeliner
it stays on.
its a good trick :)
