I recently moved to Zip Code 90293, and the quality of my Sprint/Nextel service is awful... Is it possible to use this as a reason to cancel my service without paying the $200 Early Termination Fee...?

It may take sometime, first they will ask you to do some troubleshooting, then they will give you a new phone in hopes that it's a faulty phone. Then if it still occurs, then they send an engineer to the area, to verify there is a coverage gap. Then, I think they will let you out. But you have to be patient and a bit persistent. Have them give you there name and write down the date and time of calls, as well as dates they give you. This way you can be persisitent and prepared.

Nope! You can scream, shout, cry, beg, plead or threaten....they are not going to let you out of your contract with paying the termination fee. Cellphone service providers in the US are more like a Mafia cartel than a legit business. You have no choice but to give into their demands or suffer the outcome.
