If there is a loving and all-powerful God, why didn't he create people, animals and other creatures that use other ways to get energy instead of eating food so that they don't need to kill ?

If God is all-powerful, he could find another way to control the population.

If God is loving and all-powerful, why did he create morons like me who seem to be able to come up with an endless number of pointless, stupid questions???

tigranvp2...,

Why do those people who believe in the "loving" God love to insult those who don't ?

Clearly, if God has the attributes which he is reputed to have by some, the only conclusion we can draw is that people have to kill to survive because God WANTS people to kill to survive.

Even if people don't kill other things for food, they are taking habitats away from other creatures that would live there and thus depriving them of space to live, not to mention all the diseases and the like which are killed by our immune systems before they can harm us. There is simply no way to live without killing something else, except perhaps in some kind of space colony with entirely artificial food (which would be tough for us to do, even now).

So God wants people to kill other things. Yet God is loving of all things. This apparent contradiction can be resolved in two ways. Either:

- God does not have the qualities he is reputed to have. Perhaps he is unable to create life in a different way. Perhaps he is not really loving of non-humans.

- Or perhaps our idea of being good and loving is wrong. Obviously, if killing things is a good and loving thing to do, then it makes a lot of sense why a good and loving God would make us in such a way that we had to kill in order to survive.

Personally, I don't think I would find someone killing me to be a kind and charitable act, though if someone believed all dead people went to heaven, I can see how they might. Likewise, to me it doesn't seem too diminishing to me if a god is just unimaginably powerful instead of infinitely powerful. But I'll let you make up your own mind! Peace!

We were originally vegetarians,(when one consumes vegetables, nothing is dying, because plants are not sentient, as human beings are.) but the fall(Adam's) God permitted
meat. It is theorized that meat tends to adversely effect your life expectancy, God didn't want human beings living so long in misery.
There are other ways, exercise, for every 30 minutes of exercise you perform you gain about 2 hours of energy. By the way, I think you are splitting hairs. Death came by man, it was our fault, thus if you have the urge to complain, instead take a look in the mirror and the origin of the problem will be staring right back at you. God is not to blame.

Circle of Life. Kinda like why people hunt, over population. If not for killing things the world would be packed with more crap then it already is

What is wrong with killing for food. All things need to die someday. If something didn't eat them, where would all the bodies go?

You have stepped into a non sequitur, my friend. Your conclusion does not logically follow from your premise. Think on it a bit more.
