Search NOAA or NCDC For Walla Walla (or your zip code). They have the info, but digging it out can sometimes be confusing.
The closest I could get from NOAA was Pasco, and you have to dig your info out of daily reports.
With NCDC I kept getting transfer errors, but you may want to try them. They charge for a lot of reports, but the data you're looking for should be somewhere in the free data.

The site that I found can only take you back to a week ago today, October 6th... maybe you can poke around through it though and find what you are looking for.

To get the humidity %, go to where the click down says "See Weather Related to..." and select Air Quality and Pollution. I don' think that it will have this info for last week though. I think that it is current.
