Dark brown or chocolate on your lower eyelids and a soft almost neutral brown/tan all over the eyelid including underneath your brow; that would look pretty.

Since you have green eyes you can wear purple as this is the contrasting color for green and it brings them out more. Blue, as someone mentioned above is for brown eyes. You want to avoid that, otherwise you'll look a bit dated.
I say, go with a very pale, but warm purple eyeshadow. Use a bit of a dusty brown or warm gray for a liner, a thin line below your bottom lashes if you have small lids, or a thin line above your top lashes if you have bigger lids. Black mascara to top it off, no blush, possibly a tinted moisturizer and a not so shiny lipgloss or chapstick. You want to bring out your eyes even more so avoid lipstick.

Go light on the make-up. If you wear your hair off your face apply a little more. Get a good bronzer. Channel has a good one. Put it on like blush. On the eyes you can try any light color combo. Shop around and try on. Get good brushes. If you wear you hair down play up those beautiful eyes. Use greens, golds, and browns. Remember a little is a lot. Have fun!

Look for colors that SOFTLY contrast your eyes. Honestly, I'd say a plum, khaki, brightish green, or if you want to be more daring, a bright purple or reaaaally light green. Silver works too.
Just be careful and try them out and see which works best. Obviously, with pale skin, you want to not overdo the selected color, because it'll make you look overdone easily. I should know, I too am pale. haha.
Try to stay away from dark greens however, they'll make your eyes look sunken in, I've heard.

I have light skin, dark hair and greenish eyes and where just about every color. I have an olive green, that i use that looks pretty good and some blues really bring out the green (strangely enough). Just watch out for purplely browns and colors like that they can make you look tired and your eyes looked brusied.

Plums and silvers would work best.....just remember with pale skin and black hair (just like me) use a nice blush or bronzer on your ckeeks then sweep a little on your brow bone to tie the color/look and to warm up our face. We have a tendency to look washed out with our dramatic coloring.

You might wanna stick with pastel colors and pink lip gloss.Eye shadow is tricky. Not everybody looks good in it.Not saying that you won't but if you have green eyes go for something that is green...and don't apply it like your going to war in Iraq, lol.Or try a shimmer eyeliner( in silver).
