I can't stand them any more. What can you do for them?

* Vitamin E (make sure the bottle says d-alpha) 400 IUs twice a day.

* B-Complex, there's not one multivitamin out there that has enough Bs in it for a hormonal woman. The Bs help to get the hormones in balance and hold them there, they are also great for stress.

* Natural Progesterone which will reverse estrogen dominance and at the same time will wake up those estrogen receptor sites so hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness goes away.

Are you around 45 years or older. If so then you are starting to experience this due to menopause and one thing that helps prevent and lessen the symptoms is eating 25 grams a day of soy protein. Soy bars taste great (genisoy) and is an easy way to get it in. Soy is a phytoestrogen so replaces the homones you are no longer making and that makes your symptoms less severe. Even if this is not because of menopause i never get hot flashes and i am 25 so maybe go to a doctor or try the soy anyways because it seems hormonally related. Good luck.

Try soy products like tofu or tempeh. No, they do not taste bad...just like mushrooms, these foods take on what ever flavor you put on them. I have even eaten a pudding made from tofu rather than milk. Sweating is for the birds... Check with the employees of a Health Food store...they usually are well informed on natural products that help....good luck.

Some say black cohosh works - you can get at any GNC. Also your DR can give you a hormone replacement med.

Good luck -I had a partial hysterectomy and I got em too but eventually it subsided.
