This is going to sound pshyco! But, they make this stuff called utter balm. You can get it at wal-mart in the lotion aslie. I know it sounds bonkers! But, it was farmers use on cows in the winter after milking to make the udders not dry. It also works well on rough heels or elbows.

1) Don't use much warm water at the time of bath.
2) You can surely use any oil etc.
3) If problem persists or increases there is no harm in seeking medical advice.

Use a cream... not a lotion. Check the label on the products some say lotion some say cream. I get the same thing and I use the creams from BBW.

i always get dry skin really bad in winter an fall an my skins fare an sensitive an i use curel restore an revive for really dry skin an u can use it anywhere cuase its so gentle

I do too!! I found that any moisturizing lotion helps, the same ones you would use for you legs and arms.
