You got pregnant sometime in September. Count the days of your cycle starting with the first day of your last period. You would have ovulated around Day 14, and if you had unprotected sex between days 8 and 16, that's when the pregnancy occurred.

The doctor will use the date of your last period as the first day of pregnancy. He/she will count 40 weeks from that date to determine your due date.

It is most common to ovulate 2 weeks after your last period since you only provided "september" as the date it's difficult to tell exactly when you got pregnant.

Yes more than likely you became pregnant during sept. Was your Sept. period normal? With my first 2 preg. I would get a very short period 1-2 days the very next month. That was part of my clue for them. My third preg. though that didn't happen and man oh day were my husband and I shocked! Surprizes happen all the time and God will not disappoint you when he knows your ready you'll be pregnant. Good Luck!

Chances are you got pregnant two weeks after your September period.

I would think that you got pregnant in Sept. two weeks after your period, is when most women ovulate. And it usually takes a week or so after conception for the test to come up positive.

Most likely. They count the weeks pregnant from the first day of your last period, but the conception date is typically (not always) two weeks from that date. So if our last period was Sep 10 you would be considered 4 weeks pregnant, but the embryo (still called and embryo at this point) is probably just two weeks along.---At least that is how I remember it.
