Take one motrin and take a hot shower. Let the water beat down on your neck. Last time I got a stiff neck it took me almost a week to get rid of it. Hope it gets better. That HURTS!

Ice has been shown in research to be the best topical pain reliever for a stiff neck. Keep an ice pack on for 10-15 minutes. The cure for the core problem is some adjustments from a chiropractor.

Go see a chiropractor and tell them about your neck but first ask them how much they are going to charge you because some of them are going to scam you my grandma went to a chiropractor for 2 months without asking and the bill ended up being 800$ so make sure he tells you. The chiropractor i am seing charges me 25$ a visit. Good luck and i hope my advice helps.

oh yeah and the chiropractor will probably crack your neck it doesnt hurt but it feels weird when you get it done your first time!!!

Excederine Migraine with a full glass of water. that stuff works like magic on a stiff neck, best on an empty stomache. It has caffeine it it though, so you might get wired.

Tell me if you discover something.
