Period Late, Ovulation questions?

My period is 13 days late. I wne to the Dr. this morning both urine and blood test were negative. Last bleeding was Sep. 2nd and that was really light and only 2-3 days. The period i'm late for was scheduled to come Sep. 30th. So ovulation should have been 10/11-10/14. I have had no ovulation discharge.
What is going on?
I'm dizzy, hips hurt, headaches, tired, moody, boobs tender, lower abdomen feels bloated, a lil cramping on one side then the other.

i think u r stressing urself by thinking that ur pregnent or not thats y ur not getting ur periods .if ur blood test is negetive then ur not pregnent.becoz blood test are accurate.last month same thing happened with me i was 15 days late in my periods .and after 15 days i got my periods .ur symptoms are like pregnency but periods symptoms are also same .if u have doubts go again to ur doc and ask her to do blood test again just to be sure that ur preg or no.good luck to u.

Have you been on any kind of antibotics?? Those can affect your period. Also stress can affect when your period comes as well. If both test came up negative... You might want to visit a family doctor and voice your concerns and the symptoms you've been having.

A pregnancy test would have shown by now. By the sounds of things you are going to have a period anyday now. Sometimes women have messed up cycles it does not mean there is anything whatsoever wrong with you.

Stress can cause you to miss your period or delay it significantly. If you took a pregnancy test and they were negative, you probably are not pregnant. I used to get pregnancy symptoms when I was trying. Your mind can play psychological tricks on you. Relax.
