One is a measure of area and the other is a measure of volume... Do you mean meters squared? Also, how do you manage to fit 14 people on to an area of 1 sq. ft.?
Anyway, assuming you really did mean 14 people per sq. foot. and you wanted to figure the number of people per *square* meter, you would calculate as follows:
1 ft * 1 ft = 1 sq. ft.
12 / 39.37 m * 12 / 39.37 m = x sq. m.
144 / (39.37)² = n sq. m
x = 144 / 1550
x = 0.0929034116 sq. m.
So 1 sq. ft is 0.0929 sq. m.
Now set up a ratio:
14 people in 0.0929 sq. m is equivalent to n in 1 sq. meter.
14 / 0.0929 = n / 1
Now just cross multiply:
14 = 0.0929 n
Divide both sides by 0.0929:
n = 14 / 0.0929
n = 150.7 people in a sq. meter
(Again, this number sounds ridiculously high, but so did your original value of 14 people per sq. ft.)

RE:
converting square feet into meters cubed?
I need convert 14 individuals per square foot to 14 individuals per meter cubed. There are 39.37 inches in on meter. Anyone know?

There are three dimensions in a metered cube, (h x d x w) and only two dimensions in the squared foot (h x w). So it is not possible.
You can convert from squared foot to squared meter. This is how you do that. 1 meter squared = 39.37/12 x 39.37/12 = 10.76 squared feet. If you have 14 individuals per sq ft, then you must have 14 x 10.76 = 150.64 individuals per meter sq

Unless I'm missing something you aren't going to convert anything in square meters into anything that is metes cubed. They are totally differnt units and dimensions even.
Without more insight into what you're doing, I can't help any further.

((14/ft^2)*L*W/(L*W*H))((12 in/ft)^3)((1 m/39.37 in)^3)
(actualy, all you have to do is divide by the height of the area and run out the conversions)
((14/ft^2)/H)((12 in/ft)^3)((1 m/39.37 in)^3)
