lift down the eyeliner and look in the mirror and you will see a peice of skin that holds the eyelashes, right above the eyelashes on the bottom, apply there. then, apply to the top.

Please apply lightly. Heavy eye liner takes away from your natural beauty. If worn over the top try to wear light colors in the day time. Make a light line first. If you want it thicker do so, but don't let it get on the top part of your lid. If you do take a small amount of make-up remover and start over. Practice days before you go out. Ask friends what they think if you are unsure. Everyone does not need eye liner. If you wear it on the bottom don't make the line too dark. Remember to keep brushes and pencils clean and change them frequently to prevent infections.

I would start with pencil eyeliner because it's easier to correct than liquid since you're just starting off. Gently take the pencil and drag it against your lower lid. Some people find it easier to do this by holding their mouth over. Try to get as close to the lid as possible. It doesn't matter how slow you move at first because the point is to have the line straight. Once you have done that one, do the top eyelid the same way. I would apply my mascara afterwards so you don't mess that up by putting on your eyeliner.

I don't like using liquid eyeliner first of all, but hold the corner of you eye back and apply. I don't go all the way a cross just about to the middle of my eyelid...that what I do...good luck

i think one of the most flattering ways is to start at the inside corner of ur eye, then follow as closely as possible to the lash line (for me, tilting my head back and looking Downards into the mirror really helps), and then when u get about halfway, instead of following ur eye Downards, either go straight out or start drawing the line Upwards, in order to look like ur lashes are longer AND open your eyes a bit more...when u follow the eye downwards, it can make your eyes look droopy. good luck!! :) just practice, u'll see what looks good on you. i like to add a little "wing" at the end so it lifts a bit upwards, like old school style

Well first you pull down the bottom part of your eyelid then slide it across slowly but not to slow and (do it in the mirror)then stop pulling it and then if you want to do the top its the smae but do it pulling up!
