Slightly dampen them and then mould them togerther into a suitable structural form. Freeze and enjoy the engineering opportunities as they slowly defrost.

hmm, an engineering class? Too bad it isn't a cooking class!
You could eat them (obviously), use them in a safe food fight (no injuries), you could use them as a pillow (yucky after a bit though), use the marshmallows to make decorations by adding toothpicks and pipe cleaners,
for anger management you can (a) hit that bag as hard as you can, (b) stuff as many marshmallows into your mouth as you can. by concentrating on that, you are no longer focused on your anger
you could surround an egg with marshmallows so that when you have to drop it off a roof it might not break! (isn't that an engineering project?)
Good luck

Believe it or not, I keep a bag of mini marshmallows in the freezer and use it as an ice pack for sore muscles and sprains.
If you were packing some breakables, you could use unopened bags of marshmallows to help cushion them.

If they are mini marshmallows you could put one in the bottom of a sugar ice cream cone to prevent the ice cream dripping out.

Oh! Play fluffy bunny, lol, it's a game where you see how many marshmallows you can pack in your mouth and still say "fluffy bunny".
You can also make "mallow-men" kind of like snowmen. Use toothpicks to hold them together, then decorate.

They could be used for temporary packing material if moving a fairly short distance. Wrap up the object being moved first, though, so it doesn't get sticky.
YOUR TURN, now that I got ya started.

Together with lots of drinking straws you can have lots of construction competitions such as:
The tallest structure
A structure over 30cm tall that can support a 500g weight
A structure that can span a gap of 40cm
etc...
