A friend of mine just moved there in January. He got a job at a tele-marketing firm that specializes in public opinion polls. That way you don't have to sell anything to make money. He's managed to become assistant manager and he just got cast in an off-Broadway play. He's living a dream right now. Oh, and by the way, he moved to Queens and takes the train into Manhattan everyday. That saves him at least 800-1000 in rent every month.

I'd suggest waiter, the hours are mostly evening and you can live on your tips. Gives you more time in the day to pursue your ambitions.

there are too many people persuing acting and entertainment why cant you work a normal job to help society like carpentry doctor, electrician engineer, or something????
