Should he feel pretty big right now??

yes the doc. can feel around and tell you where the baby is, although at this point he/she still has a little room left to change positions. My baby didnt turn completely around until week 33. So at the doc. office he could tell you where he/she was at the moment and what you are feeling where.

Yes, and if the doctor is having a difficult time an ultrasound should be able to detect exactly where the baby is positioned.

Yes, the doctor can tell. You can too, sometimes. The baby is not huge yet, and is more than likely doing flips and kicking like crazy. That's b/c there is still lots of room for the baby to grow. Congrats on the bundle of joy!!

yes, my doctor told me even before then. Although the baby can still shift. It usually doesn't "lock in head down position" until 34-36 weeks.

I'm about to be 32 weeks and I asked the doctor at my last check up where is the feet and head he couldn't tell . I suggest ask a experienced doctor.

Yes.My Ob checked last week, 28 weeks, and she said the baby was head down. you can usually tell though by where are you being kicked the most..down below, breech or up high, head down.

Yes they should, when they do the measurement of your stomach and feeling to see where the baby is.

all babies are breech at this point. I asked the same question to my doctor not long ago and thats what he told me. My baby is now 11weeks old.
