The neighbohoos has many aspen trees ina Denver, CO suburb. Our lost about half of their leaves two years ago. We sprayed at suggestion of horticulture shop for fungus which was apparent on the leaves. As the leaves were coming out (about the size of mouse ears) the trees were sprayed again. No signs of any fungus this year, hut the trees never fully leaved out. Now when leaves are turning yellow and starting to fall in the neighboir hood our changed quickly and are all down. Any ideas on thing shtatc can cause this. It's not a lack of water. Thanks!

i'd call your county extension office and ask a master gardener your question. i'd not rely solely on the word of someone selling chemicals for advice.
i doubt very much your aspens are endangered, unless too much root disturbance has happened.

Too much water? Winter approaching causing the leaves to fall?
