Yes. See these links. A few should explain the load of baloney he is selling. The things he is saying are true, but require such a specific situation & is nearly impossible to find, & if you do find it the competition is pretty intense.

If you are still not convinced, send me $$$$$ & I'll give you a program to follow. Repeat after me "If it looks too good to be true, it is being sold on an infomercial, it is too good to be true".

I think it probably is a scam to some degree, even though
I haven't invested any money in his program. Check out
my links and see what they have to say about Mr. Sheets.
However, keep in mind these are people's opinions about him.
I think you need to do your investigating to make up your mind
about him one way or the other, or have a reputable source
check him out, like BBB or something of that nature.

There are very few opportunities to do as he shows. He has found that he can make much more money running his ads and selling his programs. As far as I am concerned, that IS a scam.

Yes and no. Yes, it is a scam, the real money is advertising their system and selling it to the public. No, they probably made some money.

If you look at the bottom of the commercial, it probably says the results are atypical (not normal). You will probably have to spend more time to get less money than expected.

Even if it isn't, the real estate market is cooling off, big time. Not the right time to get into that business.
