Let me first put this question to be the best I have ever found on Yahoo! Well crafted and relevant. Well done, keep pouring in more of such.

Now the answer:

Tendulkar. You will find, he has been humble and generous in donating to the needy, visiting the poor people and the under-privileged. He has never highlighted those actions. Silently means business. People can take him as an idol. Worth it for the Indian masses.

A few days back I made up my mind that I won't come to cricket section but I can't resist a good or bad question. I have not seen a worst question like this before. Cricket and cinema are two different things. Your liking and non-liking does not matter to rest of the Indians and how foolish of you to compare Preity and Rani with that dirty Mallika. I haven't seen any of your mentioned films but only like to say that can you compare Bangladesh or Nepal or other such countries with India. The status of these two heroins is not that high as to be compared with India but certainly you can't compare them with such degraded woman. Actually your mind is not stable that is why you likes someone for a moment then after a while you find a fault in somebody and start disliking them. You are like a kid whose emotions are not under control. Most of the Hindu families with good family background are still there in India who believes in arranged marriage and no doubt Rahul also belong to a good family so what's so appreciating. And it is not a big thing that someone chases someone specially when one is rich and famous. There are many damns who can do anything for money but there are people like me too. My family background is the same and I can choose anyone of my choice but I believe in our values so I won't do anything objectionable. Now I must hope that you should start worshipping me too. Grow up and think logically. Films are mere illusion and nothing else. The one, whether a male or a female, who exposes so much are not a normal human being according to me. So don't go in search of Idols. You are mature enough, as your question suggests, so try to be an idol instead of following someone like a lame man.

India is so divided that everybody is wanting to coach that their factor at any fee. See some congress supporters prefer to coach that india is coming up. some are immature little ones who think of india is coming up in keeping with few billionaires and laptop jobs. I consider you completely. India is going with the pass. no one is coming up india, it rather is getting the roles, because of the fact there are 1000's of knowledgeable indians waiting to do pastime at a million/10 of the gross sales that west will pay of their international locations. no longer something much less, no longer something greater. watch for a decade, this bubble will burst. Indonesia, thailand, Brazil, srilanka, bangladesh, pakistan, iran, Afghanistan, etc will provide stiff opposition. apart from, coaching and could ability are no longer sources of indians on my own. In 2 many years time, whilst terrorism ends, worldwide will become non violent, each and every of the africa, and center east will grasp away the roles from india. everybody one face of earth are going to offer sturdy opposition to indians, on an identical time as fee of sturdy will popular, in assessment to olden days. Indians would be procuring the race bag on an identical fee human beings are procuring with a million/20 of yank gross sales.

he has everything that a complete persona needs(for a common man)
since it is for the common man so i can't pick sachin or amitji coz they are born talent.and as for m.gandhi then he was the extreme case.bt a man like rahul has built his talent.he gives us the lesson that ya can exell even in that feild in which you are not born talented.he tells us how to nurish our talent.

Even Irfan Pathan has taught us a moral. He was very poor before coming to cricket. But it was his luck that Indian cricket selector K.More saw him playing in front the mosque and took him in the team.

My pick would be Sachin Tendulkar simply becuase he is humble. He still remains unfazed and unaffected by his star status in India.
He is humility personified.
If Sachin was out of contention I would pick Dravid or even Amitabh because he also has handled himself with a lot grace and humility.

this question is till date the most superb question in the cricket category!!
i admire you and agree with you all the way!!
you can also take examples of-
salman khan, hrithik roshan and even rahul bose who have no more concern for their own culture!!
these famous people wanna completely forget their bad days and with that they get modernized with the western culture.
the regard they earlier had for their culture is lost.
