kapute2, It was never my intention to insult your intelligence, but not all of us have Daddies that were ex- presidents and were subjected to Dick Cheney's need for oil and power.

Well Clinton was a Rhodes scholar and purportedly is very intelligent. Nonetheless he is also a major horndog who despite his intelligence exercised very poor judgement while in office which led to the Lewinsky debacle and greatly undermined his presidency.
Bush is just flat out dumb. I'm guessing he's just smart enough to know that he better not ever take an intelligence test. I'm guessing he'd score below average...maybe 90 or something. And because he lacks the intelligence to see the subtlety in any situation he weilds power in a simplistic way, unbothered by facts or wisdom.

Clinton is no dummy, he was a Rhodes scholar, So if we compare educational background we have to give highest IQ. to Clinton, Mr Bush was bright enough but didn't apply himself well during the college years, too many distractions.

LOL, good one. It's quite simple actually compare President Clinton's tenure while in office i.e. state of world and national affairs, now compare that to DUHbya's reign of terror and answer becomes crystal clear. Bush is about as dynamic as a blade of grass.
