Everyday my neighbor asks me if I'm sick or if I'm feeling better. Do you think that she's trying to find out of I have any drugs in my house?

no just means she thinks u look sick. like ur not getting enought sleep or something/...ppl that jump to the conclusion that thay think someones trying to find out if thay have drugs in there house or not are normaly the ppl who are on drugs

Possibly, she just doesn't know how to begin a conversation. Try starting the conversation and see where she goes with it. She may just be concerned about your health.

well it would depend on the tone of her voice and her body language..or maybe shes just concerned..a lot of times when people have a lot of stress or they are sad they look sick,and maybe thats the case..
