Why would they take 10 points from you! That sucks! It's not right some people can't be adults about this ... this was a human being ... a man ... a person ... you people make me sick ... he had a wife and 6 year old son ... what's wrong with Joe D ... he's a scumbag ... there more to life than just baseball ... this was a human being ... How do you lose 10 points for reporting someone? I thought violations were -5 points?
Anyway - other than pleading your case to the Answers staff, we all know there are people who post here who fall into the complete jerk category. What happened with Cory Lidle was a tragic accident. Why anyone would want to "take shots" at the death of someone is beyond me.
I wouldn't let it get to you. I received a violation for "not answering a question" about a month ago. (The "question" just went on and on and on - so I told the poster I had to take a nap because the question was so long.) When I received the violation, I was like "wtf?" If I got a violation for THAT, what do they do when people post questions about torturing animals and killing children?
Plead your case to Answers if you want, otherwise I would just blow it off.

The tasteless questions on here about the Cory Lidle tragedy have just been appalling. I can't believe there are that many sick people on here. Why does Y!A even let those questions get posted? And then you lose 10 points? Something isn't right!

That's awful. I didn't see the Joe D Questions. All I saw were all these jokes from IKE. I sure hope somebody got him off of here.
I looked at one and couldm't even bear to read all the nasty replies he got. I didn't see anything from him today but if they are still there they a pages deep. It is a shame people could make fun of someone who died in such a tragic way. I just got off then
