It is sad what they have done with Lana. For some reason they feel that she can't be interesting now that there is no longer any sexual tension between her and Clark. I wish they would have gone the Animated Series route, where Lana and Clark ended off as friends with a special connection and she knew Clark's secret. Also Lana becomes a famous fashion designer.
This would come in handy in the future because she helped Clark when he needed an accomplice. Also the special connection Lana had with Clark made Lois very jealous, setting up for some great episodes.

I hate her.. She's sleeping around with Lex knowing that Clark hates the guy. She doesn't even have a real job or a purpose anymore..

nicely i like to video show Smallville. So i think of it she is fairly puzzling. First shes all effective helps Clark yet Clark does no longer tell his secret to her. in the form of Clark saving her maximum of circumstances Lana knows he's hidding something. In S6 or S7 she is hiding in a basement and watches Clark do something so she reveals out approximately his secret. yet quickly after Clark develop into going to tell her besides. while Lana develop into with Lex we knew no longer something could get extra beneficial. Lana is often upset with him as a results of fact he never tells her what he's doing. So now shes form of caught between Clark and Lex. After the full being pregnant element she went to Clark. In S4 very practically the full season, she develop right into a witch. she develop into very dark throughout the time of those episodes. She never advised Clark approximately ISIS yet she needed him to tell her his secret. i think of she is plenty like Lex's father lionol as a results of fact he develop into continually changing wether he develop into stable or undesirable. I do. When the show started, she was a little shallow, but basically a nice girl. Now she's hanging out with Lex, and you know she's gotta know all the crap he's pulled over the years, but she's blaming Clark for "not being honest". Oh PLEASE!!!!!!!! Lex Luthor hasn't told the truth to anyone about anything since he lost his hair.
