Hi,
your first priority should be to put up your website. Not just any website, you'll need one that attracts a lot of traffic.
A big misconsception of people starting a small business is, that once they have a product, sales will come by itself. Unfortunately, that's wrong!
How is anyone going to buy your product, if they can't find your website?
First you need great content, then you'll be found be the search engines and get traffic, once you have traffic, people will start to like and trust you (by reading your great content), only then they will start buying from you.
Once you're at that point (in 6-12 months), start worrying about getting your license :-)

Yes, you need a license. BUT why don't you try to sell a few on EBAY ( you don't need a license unles you open a store) and see if they fly off the shelves! Also another idea - try a flea market - Rosarys will always sell ! Good Luck!

Yes, you do need a license, at least here in South Carolina. What you do is go to the business license office and apply. At this office you could find out how you go about selling items on the internet.

You can get a business license from the courthouse downtown. You will need to set your company as a legal business so that you don't get in trouble with the IRS. Good luck with your rosaries.

Yes you need a licence from your State. Go to the local licensing board and apply for a license it does not cost too much and they mainly want to know that the State and Government will get paid in the form of taxes. It is for your benefit also.

A business license will depend on your local city and county laws. If you are going to be a legal entity, you will need to get a Business ID from your state, and a FIEN for the federal govenment.

A former pupil of mine had a cupcake save in Las Vegas, NV. It did quite properly throughout the turning out to be economic device, yet because of fact the economic device grew to become down, he quickly misplaced company. After speaking to various his clientele, he got here upon that they seen cupcakes and brownies, fairly custom, connoisseur, and uniqueness, to be "luxury" products. They the two stopped procuring, bought much less many times, or traded right down to mass-arranged cakes. I observed all that to declare which you need to evaluate the economic outlook on your nearby section as area of your company making plans, and you need to have a plan in place for what products you need to change to or upload ought to the economic device settlement.
