Please don't think I am being horrid asking this, I am just curious what people think.

She has a new album due out soon. Not that I think this has anything to do with publicising it!!!!
I would have thought more of her if she had donated a few of her spare millions to the orphanage & helped all of the kids there. Apparently the child she adopted is not an orphan anyway.

Not knowing Madonna, I couldn't say for sure. However, I personally doubt she and her husband have adopted a child for such a shallow purpose. I hope that they will provide the child with a very loving and supportive environment.

Well, I think that she's taken her time to adopt, but she's done it, and the kid's going to see her just as Mum, not Madonna. At least, I think so.

I don't think so how can it be bad the child lost it's mother and she is reportedly giving 2 million so that a couple of thousand kids can live a better life, I think rich celebs like the Beckhams could afford to do something like this.

I'm not a Madonna fan but I think she has so much money and so many privileges it just makes sense to help a child.

I seriously think tht she has done this to accessorise.if she had to adopt she could have done it hush-hush.i think nobody knew b4 meg ryan adopted daisy.it is very good she has adopted the boy.his life will be better there than in malawi.but she could have done it without publicity also.

Whatever the reason, that's 1 lucky kid. It will be raised by nannies with little contact with the new "mommy" The kid gets the best clothes, toys, schools, cars, houses...everything normal people want for their own kids.

madonna is a twisted woman. she jst wants a cause for the spotlights 2 b on her nd no1 else but her! who knows?! maybe she wants 2 expand her family!

i really don't think so at all.....in fact she really didn't have to adopt....no one was expecting her to.....but she is a mother of two children and has quite a bit to offer a child in need so, why not?
