It's only October and trees and power lines are falling due to the wet snow. It's like i m the lucky one w/ electricity.

Golly. We have had a lovely day in south-east England. It must have been almost 70F in the sun. I was seriously contemplating trying to sneak in a final BBQ tonight. The trouble is that it gets quite chilly once the sun sets, which is around now (6:30) at this time of year.

Interestingly, about 20 miles north of Buffalo (in St. Catharines, Ontario) we didn't get the snow (although we got the cold).

For those who joked about it happening in the US not Canada, it also happened across the river in Fort Erie, Ontario.

Yes, I'd believe it, seeing how this happens pretty much every fall there. That's what you get for putting your city between two Great Lakes.
