There is about 2 calories and 0.1 grams of protein in ejaculate.
With those numbers its obvious to see that your answer is NO and NO to the man getting thinner.

I have never heard of that if to much mad them fat then all these skinny *** chicks that are constantly having sex with men wouldn't be so skinny i know a friend who can't have kids so she don use condoms and she is still skinny as a tooth pick so that can't be true and as for the men it depends on the man so it does not matter i wouldn't think the sperm would change unless something was wrong in that situaton..

It's not possible for a woman to get fat or fatter or the man to get thin nor thinner,sperm doesn't make a woman to get fat.

the only way it can make a woman fat is if it fertilises her egg and she becomes pregnant.. other than that then it will make no difference to her weight whatsoever.. and no it wont make the man any thinner either

i'd like to meet the women who will be willing to eat enough of it to get fat. considering most women only get a tsp at most, i highly doubt it. besides, i don't think its high in fat.
