Wait until the kitchen has been fitted and you will find that there is no space left to fill up.
Appliance manufacturers like to square off appliances and they will not fit that closely together.
If you have any space left it can be filled in using a cut section of end panel but in my experience you wont need it.

I'm assuming you mean you can't use a filler kit because you don't have a wooden cabinet on either side to attach it to. Is there a counter top over the wine fridge? if so, you could get a strip of wood the proper width and put 2 "L" brackets on the back and screw it into the floor and the underside of the counter before you put the wine fridge in place.
-since it is a granite top, you can use some heavy duty double-sided tape for the upper bracket instead of screwing it in. As long as the fit is tight, friction is going to hold it in place pretty well.
Good luck.

I just spent like ten minutes trying to find this thing I've seen before, but I can't figure out where it was. Once I saw a "Space Saver Cart" that was just a few inches wide. It was shown holding spice jars - like a spice rack.
If you are really into DIY maybe you could make this yourself. get some 1x4s and attach them in a rectangle shape the same size as the things it will be between (minus the height of the wheels you put on. make sure you reinforce the corners to keep them true. then put some shelves in (and maybe dowels above the edges of the shelves to hold spice jars or whatever) and stain it to match your kitchen.
maybe even buy a knob or pull to match your cabinet knobs so you'll have something to pull it out by.
you could even not put in extra shelves but put a pair of dowels halfway up so you could slide in your cookie sheets and cutting boards.

Is there a cabinet to start with if so use the filler on the place where the cabinet starts or if there is a cabinet next to the stove use a filler there I presume that you as you said that you have ordered the cabinets you don't have the top of the cabinet on yet then the cabinet top will cover the space topside so no one will be the wiser

Can't you just use thicker wood on the sides, or some trim to fill in the inch and a half on both sides? Be creative.

Why don't you shove your refrigerator over the 18 inches to close the gap and use the filler (if needed) on the end of the fridge? (or shove the stove over and same principle).

that would be an 1" and a half each side, so i would suggest getting 2 stripes of trim wood an 1" and a half wide and glue and nail them to the side of the space.

Buy a filler strip from your cabinet manufacturer. because of the frig, you may have to get a small end panel as well.

Matching wood or something like that just to put on the outside space.

Leave an inch between the wall and the refrigerator, another between the refrigerator and wine fridge, and another between the wine fridge and the stove.
