go to a movie?? Or go to a pool hall or an arcade like gameworks. Or theres always those miniature golf/arcade amusement parks.
IN phoenix we have night clubs for 15-20 year olds- never been to one though- im 24.

Go to an arcade. Rock out. Go drinking...oh, wait nevermind. Find a shooting range and practice. Film a movie, drink abou four Red Bulls and see who can do something (I'm not sure what, you figure that out). Buy some eggs and throw them at people, or drop them from an overpass. I got a million things to do.

usually around halloweeen, there is a corn maze/haunted corn maze, and those are really fun! you could see a movie, we go shopping as a group a lot, and then we also get manicures/pedicures together. the newspaper helps a lot, because it tells you what local things are going on, check if there are any outdoor flea markets or cool conventions...they can be fun/interesting!!

-a movie with friends
-rent a movie and stay in with friends, make some crazy snacks
-Go swimming at a wave pool
-learn to play pool, it is cheaper than bowling
-bake and intensely chocolate cake and try to eat it
-play a cool board game like cranium or balderdash. This might sound nerdy but it is honestly, alot of fun
-Go to value village and see what weird stuff you can find
-Go to a roller rink and rollerskate
-Check out community information. Alot of times comunity centres have drop in sports and stuff
