We sure do! Often reruns of the old doctors can be found on public television, And a NEW doctor, (I don't know if it originated from the BBC or not) is showing new episodes currently on the sci-fi channel, which I believe you can access through www.channelchooser.com , on friday evenings U.S. central time about 8 or 9 o'clock pm.

My state used to see doctor who on the public access channels, but they dropped it. It was a great show...they replaced it with Red Dwarf. I hope they bring it back.
