You only need an alignment when your tires are being worn out. Now when you have hydraulics, Depending how your hitting your switches, your tires are going to start wearing anyway-
Most places wont even do the alignment with the hydros on there.

yes....................the alignment should be done while the car is in the normal driving configuration though at all other positions the alignment will not be correct.

yeah but will do no good to try and keep it aligned
