The cheapest i know of are Belgium and Luxembourg however the cheapest country is Egypt. Now as regarding selling them it is illegal to do so and if caught an heavy fine and or a serious prison sentence will follow.

200 B&H were about £35 in France a couple of years ago. Don't know how much they are in Holland, germany, or Belgium. I picked up 200 B&H in Tenerife for about £8 about 3 years ago but don't know what the price is now.

The cheapest place I have found is in Greece BUT from all accounts although they say they are B&H or Lambert & Butler they are infact fakes using cheap and nasty tobacco and are much more toxic too.

Looks like 'ROBERT B' is the cheapest in Europe, I was going to say Gibraltar, but he is even cheaper than that spot!!
Just cant be true, unless he is getting them 'over the wall'??
I don't want to burst your bubble but I hope your address is not traceable ? Either of you! Customs and excise wouldn't see the funny side of this at all, they haven't much of a sense of humour!!
I even think there is a bit of a reward on offer for this sort of information, but send me your address, I wont tell, honest!!

I think that the cheapest that you can get is in Warsaw Poland. I am not a smoker but when I saw the prices they were by far more cheaper than in my country.
