Do Indians like taking American jobs?

Indians are outsourced for american jobs. How dose that make Indians feel that we use them for cheap labor?
Also why do most indians consider coming to the US and adopting the US culture?

Indian are so smart and kind that in order to help America they take up American jobs coz if Americans went on their own they wouldn't succeed.After all half of the American population is Indian.And they copy American culture coz they are very sympathetic. They do not want that only Americans should act stupid and when Indians do stuff(whether smart or stupid) it always becomes cool, fashionable and great! Indian do like to take on American jobs,whether in USA or outsouced to India. While it is futile to deny that work-to-work the outsourced jobs would have secured much more in USA.Perhaps that is the reason the work is being outsourced.Perectly businesslike.Indins do not bear any grudge to USA on this account. In fact,when there was some talk of USA withdrawing the outsourced jobs as it laid to unemployment back home there was some nervousness here. But USA businessmen were no fools not to extract a milching cow.

Indians would always prefer to job in USA with all the modern amenities available there.The Indian youth also likes the free American culture. A job in America would ensure a fatter pay packet with the American culture thrown in as bonus.

If you are an American please disabause you mind of any prejudices,if you have any.

If you are an American, I must say that you are either not a well read person or you lack in culture. How do you say,.."We use them for cheap labour"?
There are so many highly sophisticated areas where Americans in general fail to perform. Mostly non-Americans including Indians are needed.
In succinct, I would write to inform that perhaps America could never have become America of today had the non-Americans not been there.

because Indians are capable of smart work, content within their selves, believe in collective happiness, adaptable to different environments and people, and beleive in the right mix of money and job satisfaction.

Yes, they get great enjoyment out of employment. They're probably much more educated than their American counterparts, much more grateful for the employment (and will therefore work harder) and work for much less money. So, they probably really get off on it.
