How is he violating the constitution? Threats on the president's life, constitute a felony, unlike with anyone else, and the secret service is his personal police. Where's the violation of the constitution?

A threat on the president's life is an act of treason. It would not be unconstitutional to investigate these people. You can criticize and mud sling all you want, but you cannot make threats.
