I do love someone (i hope better than *terribly*, though), and i know she would never do something like that. So i shall declare immunity from answering this question.

Ummmm...yeah...what if their some sort of sicko serial killer? And NE way anyone that "brutally" murders someone else has some serious problems and I would be afraid to love or care about them anymore.

Yes as the person would likely do it again. I'd turn Jesus in if he murdered someone.

Honestly? I think it would depend on the circumstances. I mean if they shot somebody in cold blood because they wanted their shoes, then yeah, I think I would. If they killed somebody because that person raped their sister, I don't think I would be able to turn them in. Hard to answer this...hope I never need to really know!

Think one has to think about the reason for turning someone in... obvious answer is justice. next consideration is what about justice for those who are never caught? can they escape retribution in the after life... depends on ones belief system. interesting question you learn allot about the people by the answers they give in this one.... Can one escape retribution? thought provoking indeed.

It wouldn't be easy, but I'd have to turn the person in.
I find it hard to imagine loving someone who could commit murder, but I definitely can't see loving someone who'd ask me to ignore murder.
