ARG!! That's such a pet peeve of mine. I can't stand people that drive and talk on a phone. They're so dangerous on the road. I just love it when I'm on a corner and someone is trying to make a turn one-handed because the other hand is holding the phone. And the WORST offenders are female SUV drivers. They think they own the road.
On post, it's not allowed to drive and talk on the cell phone. I think it should be that way all over. It's enforced too. On a couple occasions, I've used my headset, but not for long. I feel like I'm still not paying attention fully to driving, even using that.

i pull of the road..cant do 2 things at same time..
n i like to drive wiv window down...so wen driving, the wind makes hearing hard..n i hav to pull off...silly me, nt 2 get the window up instead...lol

I put it on speaker phone and use both hands to drive.
