First of all, no, he should not. The people are stupid enough to elect something like that, then that is what they diserve. I think the president should has at least the slightest bit of intelligence to him. Look at clinton, pure intelligence. He could not have done the things he did without it. Bush is living proof that all stupid people should be shot!
