I'm having trouble with people reading the e mails I've sent some person and I want to know how to erase permanently all this backup that remains somewhere in the Net

If you are using outlook you have to delete them three times. Delete the messages from your sent files, then delete them from your deleted items folder. Then go to tools, recover deleted items, and delete them from there.

Just go to the Sent Items folder, select them all and click Delete / Erase

go to ur sent folder delete and then go to the recycle bin and make sure that they are not there

you never will. There is no way to earase all traces of anything you do on the web. That's why you should always think twice about what you do.
