The only two I can think of are 1998 when Dale Sr finally won it! And 2004 when Dale Jr won it 3 years after loosing his father.

I would agree with you except I wouldn't have # 4 listed. Nothing with Jeff GOrdon in is going to be worth anything to me. Instead move your # 5 to # 4 and instead add in
5. 1959-Lee Petty wins the First ever Daytona 500 and starts a new era in Stock Car Racing.

agreed expect for #4 I would Put Jr. winning it there in 2004 6 years after his dad won the 500...
