HI I am a joiner and have fitted many upvc window frames and the best cleaner to use is a upvc cleaner ( I know it sounds obvious ) . Trust me You can get it in two forms . A cream and a liquid solution. Get the liquid form as it does not need buffing. Don't get it from B&Q and Homebase etc as it will cost around £10. Find your local supplier of upvc plastic fascia board and gutters, were you will find it costs around £ 3 to 4

Scrape it off with a scraper used to remove paint from glass on windows. Marks can be removed with fine sand paper or metal polish. Be careful not to dig the blade in.

Nail varnish remover. Check a small area first to make sure it doesn't bleach the surface!
