i haven't masturbated for 3 weeks (a personal record) and I noticed an increase of .25 inches. Yeah baby!

No luv, that's just a misconception!
No jacking for a week will not increase your tool's size, but it will make you more sensitive to stimulation, so you may experience "p.e." (Psychotic Episodes? Public Enemy? Physical Education?) Premature Ejaculation.
My hubby is always warning guys on this board that not masturbating may cause physical problems in the future. So he says to jack it at least once a week, 3 times a week is good, and once a day is best!

usually when it doesnt receive any attention for awhile, it tends to get anxious, and when you do give it attention after that little while, it gets bigger because it wants that attention. he cant wait to ejaculate (it also takes less time for it to ejaculate as well). hope this helps! :D
