Everything that comes out depends on what goes in. If you eat a lot of proteins it's going to smell, both your wind and poo will smell strong. Some foods just cause more of a fermentation when they decompose like cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower....) and beans. And junk food ....well, need I say more?

It's the gas from around the faeces that is expelled so it has no choice but to smell. The gas is created as a byproduct of digestion.

Because along with the air, some of our intestinal bacteria escape, and they tend to produce nasty-smelling gases.

normaly farts do not smell. It usualy means you need to go releive yourself. But sometimes it is because you over indulged in something you consimed.
