I was able to increase my eyesight by accident. I had a pair of glasses that were of an old perscription, and I just kept wearing them because I didn't have enough money to get new ones. In time, I went to the optometrist and he said "My god, your vision has IMPROVED!". He was really amazed because he said he had never seen that before. So I did it, but it made me feel nauseous at first.

There are many types of vision problems. Some conditions can experience temporary relief by doing eye exercises, but age does produce a degree of vision loss. Generally speaking, the answer would be NO, and if it does, it'll be temporary.

Do not spend money on the concept!!!! It'll be a waste of time AND money!

depends on what is wrong with your eyesight. If you have tendons that do not allow full range of vision, then yes, looking at the end of a pencil going left then right can work. If there is something wrong with the actual retina or lens in your eye, that is not gonna help one iota. Get a copy of the Idiot's Guide To Vitamins. It will list things you can take as supplements for poor vision, and what to watch out for as contraindications. For example, I have limited night vision, and the recommendation was Bilberry, similar to Blueberry. They actually have the supplements in the health food stores.

Yes, and no.

Yes, in a few cases involving eye muscles.

No, in cases involving such problems as macular degeneration, macular edema, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and many more.

See an ophthalmologist and ask her. Do not try to diagnose and treat eye problems yourself.

My optometrist said that this could provide some help, but it was only temporary, and went away as soon as you stop doing the exercises.
